Yoga


Yoga combines perfectly with Shiatsu. Like in Shiatsu, energy  pathways are stimulated and blockages relieved through stretching techniques. Regular practice of yoga in combination with Shiatsu treatments are ideal to maintain your health and calm your nervous system. A perfect balm for the ‘diseases’ of  body, mind and soul. 
I teach yoga to people of all ages and constitutions. It is my aim to make yoga enjoyable for everyone! The structure of my classes – which has proven very successful -  is made up of meditation, breathing, easy but effective asanas (exercise) and a guided relaxation with soothing background music.
